The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers–Negros Occidental Chapter (PICE NOC) formally inducted its Calendar Year 2026 Officers and Board of Directors in a festive and meaningful gathering, followed by a spirited Christmas fellowship on December 14 at Roy’s Hotel and Convention Center, Bacolod City.

The event brought together members from across the civil engineering community in Negros Occidental including past and incoming officers, directors, and invited guests. Highlights of the ceremony included the introduction of the newly elected leadership team for CY 2026, who will steer the chapter’s activities and programs in the coming year. Leaders were recognized for their commitment to professional excellence and service to both the engineering sector and the wider community.

A symbolic turnover ceremony was conducted, marking the formal transition of leadership from the CY 2025 President to the newly inducted CY 2026 President. The turnover signified continuity, commitment, and unity within the organization as it moves forward to another year of service and professional excellence.

Following the turnover, attendees enjoyed a warm Christmas fellowship that fostered camaraderie and celebration ahead of the holiday season. The occasion featured holiday greetings, season’s messages, and opportunities for members to connect and reflect on the year’s accomplishments.*
