Officers and Directors of the PICE Negros Occidental Chapter were also present to witness and support the new batch of student leaders. Their presence underscored the organization’s commitment to mentorship, professional development, and closer collaboration between practicing engineers and engineering students.
In her message to the newly inducted officers, Engr. Sharon Benitado, president of PICE NOC, encouraged the students to embrace their future role in nation-building.
“The future of civil engineering will one day be in your hands. Always remember that you do not only represent your school or your student chapter — you represent the next generation of civil engineers who will build and serve our nation.”
Through the oath-taking ceremony, the newly inducted officers pledged their dedication to uphold the principles of leadership, integrity, and service while promoting academic excellence and professional growth within their student chapters.
