Provincial Legal Officer Alberto Nellas Jr. said yesterday he will look into allegations that a member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Negros Occidental, who recently marked his birthday, and had guests who did not comply with the mandated health protocols.
“If there is a complaint, we will investigate,” Nellas said.
“Even if there is none, we will still look into it, and will submit recommendations,” he added.
The guests of the board member were reported to be not wearing face masks and not observing physical distancing, as seen in pictures posted on social media.*
