Pontevedra’s Franches Anne Laquibla was crowned Miss Universe Philippines Negros during the pageant’s coronation night at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City on Sunday.
First runner-up was Althea Nicole Gadingan of Talisay, second runner-up – Patricia Ysabel Galapino of Ilog, while third and fourth runners-up were Mary Angelique Faye Caballero of Cinco, Silay City and Bernie Larit of Bago City, respectively.
Louise Lian Enumerable Bobe of Murcia was appointed Miss Universe Philippines Bacolod.*
