The City Government of Bacolod, through the Bacolod City Tourism Development Office, convened an Inter-Agency Coordination Meeting for the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival at the Bacolod City Government Center on Wednesday, a press release from the Bacolod Tourism Office said.
The meeting was presided by Councilor Celia Flor, with Chief Tourism Operations Officer Ma. Teresa Manalili, and Ryan Saez, head coordinator from Headrush for the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival, leading the discussions.
The Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival 2025 will be held on May 21 to 25 at SM City Bacolod, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, and The Upper East by Megaworld with the theme “Fire & Fusion.”
This year’s celebration aims to highlight the city’s iconic Chicken Inasal while showcasing unity, culture, and creativity.
Also present at the meeting were representatives from the Bacolod City Police Office, City Legal Office, Bacolod Traffic Authority Office, Bureau of Fire Protection, City Health Office, Public Order and Safety Office, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Bacolod Business Permits and Licensing Office, Office of the Building Administrator, Bacolod Environment and Natural Resources Office, and other key offices were present to finalize roles, logistics, and safety measures for the upcoming festival.
Representatives from the corporate partner venues, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, SM City Bacolod, and The Upper East Megaworld, were invited to the interagency meeting.*
