Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) – Metro Bacolod Inc. kicked off the first day of its four-day celebration of its 35th chapter anniversary this July 21, at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Activity Area.
The incumbent board of trustees and officers along with the council of leaders of REBAP Metro Bacolod Chapter is marking its 35th year in Metro Bacolod with the celebration of its charter anniversary featuring a Housing Fair.
The theme of the event was “Years of Providing Excellent Real Estate Services and Being a Responsible Partner in Nation Building.”
The event brought together real estate service practitioners, government institutions, and the allied industries of the real estate sector.
The event started off with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by the event chairman, Rouel Abuana; the president of REBAP Ma. Jovita Corazon Castillo; and National REBAP president Mike Agot together with the board of trustees 2022 for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the housing fair.
The housing fair exhibitors consist of Active Group, Amaia, Avida, Ascenza Green Parks, Camella Manors, Camella South, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Ferti Acres, LDC Refrigeration and Airconditioning, Inc., Lumina, Manulife Powerful Delta Region, Murcia Heights, Orchard Property Management Corporation (OPMC), Philippine Diversified Developers Corporation, Pueblo de Panay and Propton Land.
REBAP in Negros Occidental was organized by a group of less than 10 brokers in late 1987. On its 35th year, REBAP Metro Bacolod has a membership of 134 PRC-licensed real estate brokers.*
