The organized ILHZ is composed of the local chief executives, chairpersons of committees on health, members of LGU local health board with the health officer, Provincial Health Office and Department of Health representatives.

Among those present in the meeting were Dr. Girlie Pinongan, head of Provincial Government Hospital Operations Department, Talisay City Health Officer Dr. Joy Gladys Guanzon.
