A new residential complex will soon rise in the southern part of Bacolod City through a partnership between Oroland Leisure and Residential Complex with InvestPhil Realty Development Corporation.
The inauguration of the Kyla Model Unit along the South Circumferential Road in Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City on Saturday was led by InvestPhil Realty Chief Operation Officer Reynold Verano; John Orola Jr., owner of the Oroland Leisure and Residential Complex (OLRC); and Deoden Monillo, president of Jorophil Land Development and Leisure Corporation.
The property is situated near the Bacolod MassKara Coliseum and Museum, as well as the proposed Bacolod South Transport Terminal.
Orola said this will be a new attraction and destination in the southern part of Bacolod City.
Verano said they plan to build 150 low cost housing units and will start with the first five units next month. The prices range between P3 to 5 million. They hope to complete the whole project within two years.
“Our houses have high ceilings, good ventilation, and are sold at very affordable prices because our customers deserve to enjoy good amenities being offered by high end subdivisions. We have prepared the whole package incorporating everything our customers need,” he said.
Their goal is to transform the area into a vibrant community, Verano added.
Monillo said their product is cost efficient and competitive in the market. Their houses are based on modern design in terms of comfort, has a parking lot for two vehicles, and a garden.
The project consists of Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments, which can be purchased through a bank loan or the Pag-Ibig Fund.
Phase 1 will consist of a 1-story residential unit/community assisted living, two-storey residential units, and a condotel.
Phase 2 consists of a two-storey economic housing, one-story economic housing, and socialized housing.
