KRT Coffee and Milk Tea, the first rolling coffee and milk tea cart, was officially launched in Bacolod City Friday at the Lion’s Park Grill along Lizares Street.
Bacolod franchisee Adrian De los Reyes said he decided to seal the deal with KRT because he liked the business model – a mobile cart set-up that does not require rent. That flexibility, combined with low overhead cost and the ability to bring quality coffee and milk tea to any location, made it a perfect opportunity.
The product also has the right balance of flavor, sweetness, and quality ingredients, he said.
KRT CEO and president Kate Valeriano said this is the first rolling coffee and milk tea cart in the Philippines. They currently have over 200 branches nationwide.
They are using quality ingredients in their products which come from Taiwan. They also cater to birthdays, corporate events, and many more, she said.
Rey Aldrin Valeriano, KRT chairman, said the vision of their company is to elevate the image of street vendors. They can also operate at night since their cart is solar-powered.*
