Rotarians bring relief goods to typhoon-stricken Kabankalan City

The distribution of drinking water and grocery packs in Kabankalan City.*

The Rotary Club of Bacolod is deeply saddened by the devastation and loss of lives caused by Typhoon “Odette” particularly in Kabankalan City where large areas have been submerged due to flooding. For this reason, it conducted a special distribution effort on December 19, 2021.

The distribution of drinking water and grocery packs was led by Life Changing President Pauline Cuaycong,  the Rotaract Club of Bacolod Colegio de San Agustin headed by Pres. Deanna Therese Cerna, Club Moderator Bong Lacanilao, Adelina Tomaro,  President Chyrel Ramos of  Rotary Club of Kabankalan, PP Stephen Ramos, from Kabankalan LGU headed by Hon. City Mayor Pedro Zayco, Mario Camacio, Arnold Recique, Ellien Sara, Rocel Duma Cuete, Aries Lustica, Sanny Talatdan, Mario Diaz, Rommie Bocazeja, Felizardo Srenica, Angila Utana and volunteers, KABALIKAT & PCAG – Elmer Eleanor and Adrian Zayco, PP Toto Lopez and the Rotary Club of Binalbagan.

The emergency relief effort is also supported and co-operated by the Rotary International District 3850 under the leadership of District Governor Edwin To.*
