In the first game, Royal Star Trading defeated the JSY Countertrade, 76-66. The former came into the court expecting a fight from the latter, who were perceived as desperate, having yet to win a single game in the conference. JSY came out strong at the start, taking the lead by nine points to end the first quarter at 20-11. They maintained momentum in the second and still led by seven points going into the halftime 35-28.

Royal Star Trading, however, erased the deficit during the third quarter and at the end, took a two-point advantage, 54-52. Nevertheless, as had happened repeatedly during the conference, Royal Star Trading continued their rally during the final quarter and completed their counter attack that was fueled by defense, outscoring JSY by eight points to take home the win.

Marvin Del Campo led Royal Star Trading with 14 points and earned player of the game honors. Jeffrey Espuerta and Doc Judah Gozar generated 12 points each, while Beejay Paredes supplied 10 points. Leonard Kilayko and RJ Guerrero paced JSY Countertrade with 14 points apiece, while Jolly Castillo and Brian Solinap also generated 12 points each.

In the other game. AACI got out to a strong start and led Organic Solutions, 16-11, after the first quarter. They kept the pressure up in the second and raced ahead to a 16-point advantage 38-22. The onslaught continued in the third, as AACI outscored the Organic Solutions and increased their lead to twenty points going into the final twelve minutes.

The Organics woke up and found solutions in the fourth, mounting a comeback that was unfortunately not enough to complete the chase as AACI Trading defeated the Organic Solutions 65-53.

Lito Dumdum led AACI with 15 points, Clint Choa followed with 12, while Doc Emil Guanzon and Janjan Young logged 16 points combined.  Meanwhile, Harry Chua led the Organic Solutions with 9 points, while Micmic Germodo, Ervin Tan, and Glin Ortaliz each scored 8 points.*
