A memorandum of understanding was recently signed by Mayor Narciso “Narwin” Javelosa Jr., and ICAE Chief Executive Officer Sean Mahoney at Balay Kauswagan.
Among the agreements of the city government and ICAE were the implementation of a study and work program for the recipients of scholarship programs in Sagay and providing assistance in terms of skill training and fulfilling requirements for an Australian visa to study in the Northern Territory.
Javelosa said he is grateful for this partnership as this will impact the lives of those who chose to be in this study and work program.
Details on how to be part of this program will be soon announced, he added.
