Provincial Budget Officer Jose Percival Salado Jr. and Mambukal Resort head Ellen Marie Jalandoni yesterday were assigned to the Negros Occidental Economic Enterprise Development Department, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.
Salado has not been reinstated as budget officer in order not to disrupt the progress under the new management in coming up with a balanced budget that is compliant with the circulars and orders of the Department of Budget and Management, he said.
Diaz said Salado was assigned to the EEDD to assist in planning the recovery programs of the province of Negros Occidental,
Alvarez will help manage the Negrense Residences, Diaz added.
Cheryl Decena will remain as the OIC of Mambukal Resorts and Gemma Flores the OIC of the Provincial Budget Office, Diaz said.*
