Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose V. Lacson gave sports shoes to the winners of the July 1, 2021 San Carlos City Charter Day Badminton Tournament at the City Sports Park, Brgy. 2 on September 11.
Lacson promised to give the winners pair of sports shoes and cash prizes during the awarding ceremonies at the culmination of the tournament then.
According to the San Carlos City LGU facebook page, the winners who received a pair of shoes were Riza Angela Flores, champion (12 & Under Girls Singles), Justin Roy Barcuma, champion (12 & Under Singles), April Diane Carallas, champion (15 Under Girls Singles), and Keon Batomalaque and Kelvin Lhiam Gonzales, champion (Doubles, 15 & Under Boys).
On the other hand, Lacson gave out cash prizes to various winners for mixed categories (officials) Airene Rose Gustilo and SP Wilmer Yap (champion), Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and Ezra Ponferrada (1st runner-up) and City Mayor Renato Gustilo and Angelique Susmita Ramos (2nd runner-up).*
