Two siblings were robbed at gunpoint at Purok San Roque, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City, around 2 a.m. on Friday, February 6.
According to reports from Police Station 8, the victims were returning home from a meal when they were intercepted by the suspects on motorcycles.
The suspects allegedly brandished a .38 caliber revolver, declared a hold-up, and fled with the victims’ Yamaha Aerox motorcycle and their mobile phones.
The victims could not identify the perpetrators because the area was dark and the suspects were wearing face masks.
Authorities are calling on the community to come forward and report any similar encounters.*
