With the conclusion of the 30th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month, the Siquijor Police Provincial Office (SPPO) received back-to-back regional awards for their community-tie efforts in the province.
The police office bagged Top Police Community Affairs and Development (PCAD) Performing Police Provincial Office with their Provincial Director PCOL Emelie Santos being named as Outstanding PCAD Senior PCO for CY 2025.
“This recognition belongs to every officer, partner agency, and citizen who stood with us,” Santos said in a social media post.
Meanwhile, the La Castellana Municipal Police Station (MPS) of Negros Occidental, was hailed as Top Performing MPS, while their Chief of Police PMAJ Darell Nigos and member PSSg Saychell De Jose received the Outstanding PCAD Junior PCOs.
“It is a testament to what we can achieve when the police and community work together,” Santos said.*
