Real estate developer SM Development Corporation (SMDC) Nature is set to turnover at least 4,000 residential units across Western Visayas within the year 2026.
The turnover process is scheduled to begin in April, starting with Glade Residences in Jaro, Iloilo, with 1,929 units.
It will be followed by the 1,000 unit Style Residences located in SM City, Iloilo.
In Bacolod City, approximately 1,192 units are slated for turnover starting this May at Smile Residences located within SM City Bacolod.
SMDC Architect Pam de Guzman said they believe Visayas as a core growth market for the company and that the turnover will support local economic growth, in terms of employment.*
