The 10th Council of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City passed 36 ordinances, 18 appropriation ordinances, and 951 resolutions from January to December 2020.
Councilor Dindo Ramos authored the most number of resolutions, while Councilor Archie Baribar authored the most number of ordinances.
The 18 appropriation ordinances were authored by Councilor Cindy Rojas as chairman of the SP Committee on Finance and Appropriations.
Baribar authored nine ordinances and 82 resolutions, while Rojas authored seven ordinances and 170 resolutions.
Ramos penned six ordinances and 272 resolutions, while Councilor Al Victor Espino authored six ordinances and 92 resolutions.
Councilor Renecito Novero has authored three ordinances and 68 resolutions.
Councilors Wilson Gamboa Jr. and Bartolome Orola authored one ordinance each. Gamboa penned 24 resolutions while Orola had 17.
