The Born 2016 team of University of St. La Salle grabbed the championship trophy of the Futbol tournament held at Bacolod City National High School on November 26.
Vito Benedicto earned tournament MVP honors, supported by teammates Tyler Jacob Alingasa, Xantiago Aguilar, Tomas Limas, Pocholo Lorilla and Atarah Lorilla.
Meanwhile, the NOPSSCEA Born 2010 mentored by Coach Rinelle De Oca also grabbed the Silver Medal of the 43rd Season after Beating Don Bosco Technical Institute Victorias, 3-1 at the UNO-R football grounds.
On the second day of the Visayan Heroes festival, the Born 2007 Boys bowed to Agtuso FC Barotac in the final round with a 2-1 score line to earn the first runner-up trophy.
