The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region VI granted Panasiatic Call Centers, Inc., a certificate for their TVET Program.
According to a press release, the certificate authorizes the BPO firm to offer a program in Contact Center Services NC II, whith a duration of 144 hours.
TESDA director general Jose Francisco Benitez, represented by Toni June Tamayo, CESO III, TESDA regional director, presented the certificate to Siony Hijara-Ferraris, Panasiatic site director and general manager, and Alain Fideles Pilar, recruitment and sourcing manager of Panasiatic during the 15th anniversary celebration at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City on August 15.
The program includes the following units of competency (Basic Competencies for Panasiatic Call Centers Inc): participate in workplace communication, work in a team environment, solve/address general workplace problems, develop career and life decisions, contribute to workplace innovation, present relevant information, practice ± occupational safety and health policies and procedures, exercise efficient and effective sustainable practices in the workplace, and practice entrepreneurial skills in the workplace.*
