Top Broker Drives Home Brand-New Fortuner at Active Group’s Annual Appreciation Night

Active Group gathered its valued broker partners for an evening of gratitude, recognition, and celebration at the Annual Brokers Appreciation Night held on December 9, 2025, at Citadines Hotel, Bacolod City. With the theme “A Celestial Christmas,” the night was designed as a tribute to the brokers and sellers whose dedication, professionalism, and hard work helped shape another successful year for the company and its communities.

The annual event is one of Active Group’s most meaningful traditions—created not as a year-end formality, but as a sincere thank-you to the brokers who consistently go beyond sales targets to build trust with clients and represent Active Group developments with integrity. The celestial theme symbolized the shared journey of growth, excellence, and ambition, reminding everyone that success is brightest when partnerships move in the same direction.

The evening brought together Active Group’s leadership, the Active Land Sales Team, and top-performing brokers and sellers from partner realties. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was warm and celebratory. Constellation-inspired décor, soft lighting, and elegant details set the tone for a night dedicated to recognizing achievements and strengthening relationships.

One of the most anticipated highlights of the program was the awarding of the Annual Paid-up Sales Car Incentive, a prestigious recognition reserved for exceptional sales performance. This year’s top honor—a brand-new Toyota Fortuner—was awarded to Ma. Therese Gertrudes Arnaldo, whose outstanding achievements and consistent performance set her apart as one of Active Group’s most exemplary broker partners for 2025. The ceremonial turnover of the vehicle keys was met with enthusiastic applause, celebrating both a personal milestone and a standard of excellence that continues to inspire the broker community.

In his message, Ar. Antonio V. Turalba Jr., President and CEO, expressed sincere gratitude to the brokers, emphasizing that the company’s progress is rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. He highlighted that the company’s appreciation initiatives are grounded in the belief that brokers are not just sellers, but long-term partners in building well-planned communities and delivering value to Filipino families.
