L’ Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City held its annual Tree of Hope Lighting Ceremony on November 29 for the benefit of animals affected by the typhoon.

This year’s Christmas tree-lighting activity will benefit the Pawssion Project under the theme “Rebuilding Hope for Animals Affected by Typhoon Tino.”

L’ Fisher Hotel resident manager Victor James Alcantara, Passion Project Bacolod head volunteer Cathy Hojilla, Patrick Lacson representing Mayor Greg Gasataya, and L’Fisher Hotel CEO Delia Ciocon-Granada led the switch-on of the Tree of Hope, which was followed by a ballet performance by Jocelyn Marie Ylosorio and John Lasterdia.

Each Christmas ornament to be hung on the Tree of Hope costs P100, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Pawssion Project to support its rescue, rehabilitation, and rebuilding efforts for animals affected by the typhoon.

All accumulated donations will be officially turned over to the Pawssion Project on January 9, 2026.

The public is also invited to visit the Pawssion Project Adoption Drive at the Alfresco of C’s by L’ Fisher.*
