Ongoing at the third floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City is an official Masskara Event: Generative AI art exhibit by the Bacolod AI Artists Association.
Titled Forward Movement, one of its featured artists is Eric Dima-ala, a proud Bacoleño who studied architecture in La Consolacion College.
Dima-ala’s passion for art and design led him to work as a visual effects artist credited for working on large VFX films. Currently, as an environment supervisor, he leads a team that creates amazing CG backgrounds for the latest Marvel, DC, and other VFX films like Avengers Endgame, and the upcoming Black Adam movie.
Dima-ala is one of the pioneers and the mentor of the Bacolod AI Artists Association. The generative Artificial Intelligence art exhibit is for the benefit of the Bacolod City Public Library and will run until today.*
