All officers of Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP) – Negros Occidental, ran unopposed during the election of their new set of officers yesterday.
Pulupandan Vice Mayor Anthony Gerard Suatengco is the new VMLP-Negros Occidental chapter president.
Other elected officers were Silay City Vice Mayor Thomas Maynard Ledesma – Vice President, Talisay City Vice Mayor Jose Nicolas Jalandoni III – Secretary General,Salvador Benedicto Vice Mayor Nehemiah Dela Cruz – Treasurer, Hinobaan Vice Mayor Jeffrey Encoy – Auditor, Moises Padilla Vice Mayor Adrian Villaflor – Public Relations Officer.
Also elected as board of directors were Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran – Bacolod City district, San Carlos City Vice Mayor Christopher Carmona – 1st District, Cadiz City Vice Mayor Lilia Decolongon- 2nd district, EB Magalona Vice Mayor Eric Matulac- 3rd district, Pontevedra Vice Mayor Jimmy Gavan- 4th district, Isabela Vice Mayor Juan Miguel Montilla- 5th district- and Kabankalan City Vice Mayor Miguel Zayco- 6th district.
Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz administered the oathtaking of newly-elected VMLP officers for 2022- 2025 at the L’Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City.*
