Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday visited the survivors and the families of the victims of the maritime incident involving M/V Trisha Kerstin 3 in Jolo, Sulu, a press release from the Office of the Vice President said.
During the visit, the Vice President offered her condolences to the bereaved families and extended words of comfort and solidarity to those affected by the tragedy.
Earlier in January, VP Duterte emphasized the importance of strengthening maritime safety measures to help prevent similar incidents in the future.*
