Chroma Artists, a new generation of Bacolod artists, opened a group exhibit featuring modern and contemporary artwork at the White Space Gallery at the Art District in Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City on September 18 which will run until October 8.
Titled “Artestament” the show features the works of Cristina Iral, Leah Samson, Nilda Claveras, Rico Iral, Julius Rasmo, Dennis Valenciano, Ella Pijuan, Jumel Leyson and Ally Alindao.
Chroma Artists founder Cristina Iral said that through this art exhibit, they are able to happily express their passion for painting and share it with the public.
The opening on September 18 had all the participating artists in attendance to personally showcase their artworks. The unveiling was witnessed by the artists’ friends and families.
The opening ceremony was graced by Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz II, executive assistant to the Mayor of Bacolod City Rodel Parcon, and Davies Paint business development manager for Visayas Armando Guevarra.
Chroma Artists Group was formed in December 2014 with the original members composed of Severino Labayen, Kate Iral, Leandro Christian Faeldonea, Leah Samson and Cristina Iral.*
