Policemen arrested a suspect in the rape of a minor last year, who ranked number two among the Most Wanted Persons in Western Visayas, on Tuesday, at Mandaluyong City in Metro Manila.
The joint operation of the Bacolod City Police Office Intelligence Unit and Police Station 5 led to the apprehension of a certain Paulo, 20, after they successfully served the arrest warrant on him.
A resident of Granada Heights Subdivision in Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City, the suspect also ranked number 7 in the BCPO list of Most Wanted Persons.
Police investigations showed that the arrested suspect allegedly raped a 16 year old teenager, on May last year, in Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City.*
