Yield Guild Games (YGG) Pilipinas is currently on its annual Roadtrip, running from April to July 2024. The YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip aims to bring Filipino gamers together and help them discover the transformative possibilities found in web3 by bringing web3 games and brands to the heart of the Filipino gaming community.
The YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip is going to Ayala Malls Capitol Central Bacolod on Saturday, June 22.
The event will be held with the support and collaboration of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region VI.
The Bacolod Roadtrip leg is jam-packed with community meet ups with partners like Ignite Ultra, Creative Lokal, and more. Web3 Metaversity, the online learning platform led by YGG Pilipinas, will conduct a session on “Unlocking A Community: Key Insights on Creating a Web3 Community for Students in the Philippines” with Joner of Jobancom Esports Community Bacolod, Lester Magbo-o of Web3 Bacolod, Joerald Pitz of Cryptology Academy, and Jes Daquila of YGG OG Bacolod.
Attendees will be able to play fun and exciting new web3 games and watch game matches in Guild of Guardians, Parallel, Axie Infinity, Sipher Odyssey, Creatorverse, Everseed, My Pet Hooligan, Mines of Dalarnia, Rumble Racing Star, Planet Mojo, Pixelverse, Captain & Company, Arena of Faith, Zeeverse, Petopia, OnChaMon, Another World, League of Kingdoms, and Pirate Nation.
Attendees will also receive a quest card to keep track of the booths they will visit in the Experience Zone. Participating exhibitors include web3 games mentioned above, game asset manufacturer BreederDAO, crypto exchange Coins.ph, and web3 mobile infrastructure Jambo among others.
There will also be a MassKara Contest and Cosplay Fiesta featuring a mix of anime, comics, and role-playing game cosplayers with Hin Zues, Sora Chii, Hera Lynx, Jayvee, Duan Jian, Nashii, and more.
