Ken Paolo Gilo, 23, filed his certificate of candidacy for councilor of Bacolod City before the Commission on Elections yesterday.
Gilo, national chairman of the Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP), was the official Philippine representative and panelist in the International Young Future Leaders Summit (FUTURE 2024) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last August, which was organized by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia and the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MoHE).
He graduated summa cum laude from Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Certificate in International Studies and Diploma in Public Management from the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod.*
