A resolution congratulating Ralph Jason Tulmo for placing 3rd in the March 2024 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination, was recently approved by the Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod.
The resolution authored by Councilor Em Ang said Ralph Jason Tulmo, a Bacolodnon, raised and residing in Barangay Villamonte, has brought honor and prestige to this city for passing the March 2024 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination with a rating of 92.7 percent and placing third among 9,068 examinees.
Tulmo graduated with rank #2 in the STEM strand with Principal’s Distinction and with highest honors in secondary education from Liceo De La Salle Bacolod. He graduated summa cum laude and was batch valedictorian in Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Riverside College Inc., the resolution said.
He has undoubtedly made a mark through his exemplary scholastic record and outstanding achievement, drive, determination, and leadership, and these attributes are worthy of emulation and serve as an inspiration for young people to aspire for excellence in their chosen field of endeavor, it said.
Tulmo is the son of 1985 Medical Technologist topnotcher Dr. Wilson Tulmo and Janet Lydia of Barangay Villamonte, the resolution said.
The Sangguniang Panlungsod joins the whole city in congratulating Ralph Jason Tulmo who has made Bacolodnons proud of his outstanding performance in the March 2024 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination, it ended.*
