Bacolod City Lone District Rep. Greg Gasataya and Negros Press Club (NPC) Inc. president Erwin “Ambo” Delilan led the ribbon-cutting for the unveiling of the renovated/refurbished NPC office in Bacolod City yesterday.
Fr. Aniceto “Mao” Buenafe Jr., parish priest of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish-Bata, officiated the blessing rite.
A former media practitioner, Gasataya provided financial assistance for the renovation of the NPC office.
“This is one way for me to share with and thank the media industry in Bacolod City, where I came from. It’s a simple token of my appreciation and gratitude,” the lawmaker said.
Delilan said the renovation of the NPC office is a fulfillment of his dream for the club members to have a comfortable work space and a relaxing place for meetings.
The renovated office includes an upgraded work hub for members, a spacious conference room, improved comfort rooms, and a President’s office.*
