Negros Island and highly-urbanized Bacolod City will remain under Alert Level 3 starting February 1 to 15, a statement from Malacañang said.

COVID-19 active cases in Negros Occidental, excluding Bacolod City, further increased to 3,351 as of January 30, records of the Provincial Incident Management Team show.

Malacañang has downgraded Metro Manila from Alert Level 3 to 2.

Under Alert Levels 2 and 3, intrazonal and interzonal travel will be allowed subject to reasonable restrictions as may be determined by local government units.

Iloilo City and Iloilo province, as well as Cebu, are also under Alert Level 3.*
