Vans opened a new branch in the Visayas region, located at SM City Bacolod, offering a wider and more stylish selection.
Vans Philippines welcomed Negrense shoppers in a new retail space on March 21. With a floor area of 159.13 square meters, Vans SM City Bacolod features the brand’s quintessential checkerboard design and minimalist plywood look with black accents, giving the customers an “Off The Wall” shopping experience.
The first 100 customers of Vans SM City Bacolod received a special gift from the brand, and shoppers with a minimum spend of P8,000 took home a limited edition Vans laundry bag. A UGC contest was also held for customers who will post their visit to the store on Instagram.
According to the press release from the company, Vans SM City Bacolod is complete with the latest collection of sneakers, apparel, and accessories, including the Van Doren Special in Old Skool and Authentic. The collection is inspired by summertime BBQs and classic Van Doren hospitality. The Authentic combines original low top shoe with sturdy canvas uppers featuring an allover miniature red checkerboard print. This time-honored silhouette also includes metal eyelets and signature rubber waffle outsoles. The Old Skool pays homage to the heritage with red and yellow checkerboard side stripes paired with ketchup and mustard drips for “Off The Wall” style that’s served all day.
