A new memorial park officially opened along Burgos Extension, Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City Thursday.
Stonehill Gardens Bacolod Memorial Park, situated across Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, is owned by Virgelio Bucat, one of the contractors of several big developers in the country, according to Sherie Ann Tura, Stonehill Gardens Bacolod sales director.
The 5-hectare memorial park is their first branch in the Visayas. Most of their branches are located in Luzon, particularly Batangas, Cavite, and Pampanga. They are also planning to open branches in Himamaylan, Talisay, and other areas in Negros Occidental, she said.
Tura said the Stonehill Gardens Bacolod is accessible and features 22 units of modern mausoleums, and lawn lots. They will also be putting up a chapel and will provide services needed by clients, from burial services and catering, among others.
They decided to open a branch in Bacolod City because they saw that the market is good. For their opening, they are offering a discount of P10,000 for their first 1,000 clients. Interested clients should only bring two valid IDs, application form, and payment, she said.*
