Sagay City won the Best Colorful Festival Costume, while Talisay City was awarded Best Indigenous Festival Costume, during the Panaad Festival Costume competition at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City on Thursday.
Sipalay City and Bago City were adjudged first and second runners-up, respectively, under the Best Colorful Festival Costume category.
The Municipality of Pontevedra and La Carlota City were first and second runners-up, respectively in the Best Indigenous Festival Costume category.
About 31 local governments participated in the festival costume competition, which is part of the ongoing 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival in Bacolod City.*
