The Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines Inc. (REBAP) – Metro Bacolod Chapter held its first General Membership Meeting (GMM) on March 9, at Nature’s Village Resort.
The event was attended by a large number of members and past presidents, and had Bacolod Rep. Greg Gasataya as the guest of honor.
During the event, the Immediate Past President, CRB Ma. Jovita Corazon Castillo, handed over leadership to the 8th Chapter President, CRB Rina Delicana. After this, the new Board of Trustees for 2024-2025 took their oaths, which were composed of: VP for Internal Affairs, Atty. Liezl Cua, VP for External Affairs, Atty. Belinda Gochuico, VP Finance Justice Canoy, VP Management Information System Sharon Villanueva, Treasurer Vicky Tan, Sec. Gen. Merlita Dolar, Auditor Ruth Mondia, and Public Relations Officer Elsie Gonzaga.
At the event, new members were also inducted, and pertinent topics were discussed. REBAP Metro Bacolod Chapter has more than 100 members in its roster and is one of the largest chapters of REBAP Inc.
The main objective of REBAP Inc. is to professionalize the real estate industry and raise the ethical standards of licensed real estate practitioners. The local chapter is equally committed to promoting awareness that real estate transactions must only be dealt with by legitimate practitioners.*
