Three injured in shooting incidents

Three persons were injured in separate shooting incidents in Negros Occidental, Tuesday.

A certain Aladin Guillepa, 24, was injured in the right leg after he was shot by one of four armed men who tried to enter his residence in Sitio Tabangka, Brgy. Tan-awan, Kabankalan City.

The four suspects were reported to be wearing camouflage uniforms with combat boots, and face masks.

Kabankalan police investigation showed that the suspects tried to force their way into the residence of the victim.

When Guillepa ignored their order, one of the suspects fired his gun, hitting Guillepa, who is now being treated for his injury at the Holy Mother of Mercy Hospital in Kabankalan City, police said.

Another shooting incident also took place in SitioLoblob, Brgy. Magallon Cadre in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, that led to the
injury of a certain RonieBartolo, the police said.

Bartolo, accompanied by his brother-in-law, were on their way to the residence of his mother, when he was shot by an unidentified gunman. He is now being treated for his injury at the Corazon LocsinMontelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City.

Recovered from the scene of incident were two live ammunition of a 12-gauge shotgun

The police also reported that a certain Pablito Limbang Jr. was injured after he was shot allegedly by Teody Cube, alias Loklok, in Hacienda Clarita, Brgy. Nanca, EB Magalona.

Limbang was hit in the right arm and right buttock, the EB Magalona police reported.*
