Twenty aspiring Sipalaynons have qualified to the Negrense Dualtech Scholarship Program (NDSP) of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental.
The qualified individuals signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the Provincial Capitol with Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson on July 27.
The signing was also witnessed by the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program Division Head Karen Dinsay and Maricalum Farm School – School head and Negrense DualTech Scholarship Program Coordinator Joan Sayson.
These students graduated from Maricalum Farm School, Nabualo National High School – Cayhagan Ext., Sipalay City NHS, and Gil Montilla NHS. They are scheduled to go to the Dual Tech Training Center at Calamba City, Laguna on August 31.
The students paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the City Mayor Maria Gina Lizares at Sipalay City New Government Center yesterday. During the visit, they discussed about what programs and contribution can the city provide.*
