There were 36 new COVID-19 cases in Negros Occidental and Bacolod City yesterday, the Department of Health 6 reported.
Bacolod City had 21 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths, while Negros Occidental had 15 new cases.
The additional patients yesterday brought the COVID-19 cases in Bacolod City to 552, and 832 in Negros Occidental.
Western Visayas had 86 new cases, 81 of which were local, four locally stranded individuals, and one returning overseas Filipino.
Iloilo City had 22 new cases, Iloilo province – 15, Guimaras – 12, and Antique – 1.
Iloilo province also had 2 Covid-19 deaths, the DOH 6 reported.*
