Agency Authorized Officers (AAO’s) of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Bacolod Branch Office engaged in a meet and greet with the GSIS Vice-President for Visayas Operations, Deity Manampan, who visited the city for the first time.
One hundred seventy-four Primary AAO’s from various government agencies in Negros Occidental participated in the activity at the Sugarland Hotel.
Branch Manager Cecilia Tenaja gave the welcome message while Manampan presented updates on GSIS Policies and Procedural Guidelines. After which, AAO’s issues and concerns were addressed by Manampan and Tenaja.
Also present were Leilani Mangabat, division chief of Billing, Collection and Reconciliation Division (BCRD); Melanie Balbuena, staff officer of Billing and Collection Unit (BCU); Maria Clarisa Geronimo from the Office of the Vice-President and Irish Lyviele Karunungan.
