The Governor’s Cup 5X5 Basketball Tournamenteliminations will continue at the STI-West Negros University (STI-WNU) gymnasium on Saturday and Sunday with games starting at 8 am.
A total of five ballgames are slated on Saturday and six games scheduled for Sunday. The complete list of schedules for the weekend follows.

The Governor’s Cup 5X5 Basketball Tournament is part of the Abanse Negrense Sports Programs initiated by Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson.
Through this initiative, Lacson said he hoped to promote grassroots sports development among the Negrense youth. He also emphasized the importance of academic performance and sports participation among the local youth.*
