A decomposing human body placed inside a sack was discovered yesterday, along a road at Purok Paghimakas in Brgy. Damsite, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
The male victim was naked and in an advanced state of decomposition, according to the Murcia police.
On March 16, human skeletons placed inside a sack were also discovered at the same place.
Police authorities are still exerting efforts to identify the victim.
On March 30, two severed human feet were also left at a gasoline station in CL Montelibano Avenue, Bacolod City. The police have yet to establish the owner of the severed feet.*
