Comelec officials who were reshuffled before the May 9 elections are expected to return to their previous assignments on June 9, disclosed acting Provincial Comelec supervisor Atty. Roberto Salazar yesterday.
The election period ends on June 8.
Salazar said he will return to his previous assignment as Aklan provincial Comelec supervisor, along with other Election Officers,unless there is an extension order.
Atty. Ian Lee Ananoria is also expected to re assume his former position as the acting Provincial Comelec Supervisor of Negros Occidental after being reassigned to Iloilo, in line with the May 9 elections.*
