Teleperformance announced in a press release that it signed an agreement to source 100 percent renewable energy from AboitizPower (AP) retailer Adventenergy, Inc for its facility in Bacolod City as part of its strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
In addition to TP-Bacolod, Teleperformance will operate their Sucat facility using 100 percent Cleanergy, AboitizPower’s brand for renewable energy.
BPOs consume energy around-the-clock which makes this switch a significant contributor in decarbonizing the country. The company hopes to prompt other BPOs in the country to make the environmentally conscious choice of switching to renewable energy.
