Robinsons Bacolod hosted a fashion show and mural painting event as part of its 2024 Earth Hour celebration, with the theme “Our Earth, RPlace.”
The mall joined the global switching off of lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, after the Earth Hour fashion show directed by Dwight Rosslyn Morana Jr., which featured the latest creations of Patty Ong, as well as that of February Cheryl and Mari Zayco.
Meanwhile, the mural painting by numbers for a greener future dubbed “Art for Earth,” was held at the second level of the West Arcade of Robinson’s Bacolod last March 22 to 23 in partnership with the Mixlada Art Group and Cuenca Art Studio.
The theme of this year’s Earth Hour celebration is, “Switch off Plastic Pollution, give an Hour for Earth”, that is primarily focused on addressing plastic pollution which is one of the most pressing international and public health issues.*
