Leo Pamittan and Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz, Provincial Planning and Development Officer officer-in-charge Ana Marie Lucasan and Board Member Juvy Pepello, led the distribution of financial assistance

Twenty-five of 27 former rebels received P660,000, while the two others got P71,000 and P39,000, respectively, under the government Balik-Baril program.
