The Sidlak Kadalag-an Festival of Victorias City and the Tinabu-ay Festival of the Municipality of Murcia emerged as champions in the city and municipal categories, respectively, during the Panaad sa Negros Best of Festival Dances competition at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City on Monday.
Other winners in the city category were Pintaflores of San Carlos City – second place, Kansilay Festival of Silay City – third place, Udyakan Festival of Kabankalan City – fourth place, and Sinigayan Festival of Sagay City – fifth place.
For the municipal category, the Kali-Kalihan Festival of Don Salvador Benedicto landed second place, Kisi-Kisi Festival of Ilog – third place, Lubay-Lubay Festival of Cauayan – fourth place, and Lilas Pandan Festival of Calatrava – fifth place.*
