Western Visayas police director Flynn Dongbo yesterday warned police personnel engaged in illegal activities to stop, before it will be too late for them.
Dongbo, who visited yesterday the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office and Bacolod City Police Office, called on police officers linked to illegal activities to think of its consequences, not only to themselves but to their families.
You will soon be arrested, Dongbo said, as he vowed to continue the internal cleansing within the police organization in Region 6.
Speaking before personnel of NOCPPO at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr. in Bacolod City, Dongbo ordered police commanders to strictly monitor the activities of their subordinates, to help ensure that they will not go astray.
He also vowed continue the PNP’s intensified cleanliness policy that aims to ensure cleanliness in police stations, ranks and community.
“We work as one, we work to be number one,” Dongbo, who also visited the BCPO under the leadership of P/Col. Joseph Martir, said.
Dongbo previously served also as BCPO director.*
