A resolution congratulating the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), Inc. on the occasion of its International Missionary Day and Home Free 15 Global Crusade on January 14, was approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod Wednesday.
The resolution authored by Councilor Claudio Puentevella said the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), Inc. is a Christian denomination founded by Arsenio T. Ferriol in the Philippines and later on recognized and incorporated under Philippine laws in August 1973.
The PMCC (4th Watch), Inc. marked its 50th Anniversary on August 27, 2023 which was physically attended by 50,000 delegates and more from all over the country and abroad held at the New Clark City Capas, Tarlac, it said.
The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ will celebrate its 2024 International Missionary Day and Home Free 15 Global Crusade this January 14, at the Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park, Manila which, at the same time, happens to be the 88th birthday of its leader and founder Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, the resolution said.
On July 8, 2023 the PMCC 4th Watch, in line with its anniversary celebration, conducted a nationwide bloodletting in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross in 30 different locations all over the country and collected a total of 4,023 bags of blood, it said.
The PMCC 4th Watch is active in social work through medical, disaster rescue, and educational outreach and has established a national network of schools offering quality Christian education, the resolution said.
As a result of its worldwide endeavors, it now has presence in almost every major city and province in the Philippines and in more than 70 countries in various continents of the world, it said.
The Sangguniang Panglungsod of Bacolod expresses its respect and deep admiration to the PMCC (4th Watch) leader and founder Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, for leading the church to its golden years of upholding and preserving the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the traditions of the apostles and that of the first century Christian church that has resulted to responsible citizenry in every place where it is established, the resolution added.*
