It appears to be a joyous holiday season for Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) employees, after all, despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Newly declared as COVID-free Mayor Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez announced yesterday that BCGC employees are expected to receive bonuses at a minimum of P47,517 to as high as P148,891 before the year ends.
All regular, co-terminus, plantilla and casual employees, including retirees of BCGC will receive a maximum of P25,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive from the city government, said Benitez, who reported for work yesterday after recovering from the virus infection.
BCGC employees will receive their CNA, not later than December 15 this year, as granted by Budget Circular No. 2022-3, he added.
Aside from incentives, Benitez also announced that qualified employees will also receive P5,000 Productivity Incentive Allowance on top of the Year-end Bonus, which is equivalent to one-month’s salary and a P5,000 cash gift, which is currently being distributed.*
